The Director of Engineering will report into the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) which oversees Product Design and Engineering and work closely with the Director of Product enabling the CTO to focus less on ongoing delivery and more on executive customer and partnership functions. The Director of Engineering will oversee a team of 10-15 Product Engineers and a Data and Infrastructure Engineering Manager. They are passionate about collaborating with their Product and Design counterparts to ensure the best possible tradeoffs are being made while supporting their teams to deliver impactful product outcomes.
