This role pays between $130 000 and $165 000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location. As an Engineering Manager you will lead a full-stack team responsible for developing new pathways for customers to find what they’re looking for leveraging our AI-powered search foundation. This includes enhancing shopping for similar items refining item taxonomy and catalog quality and exploring innovative shopping experiences. You will manage and mentor engineers ensuring strong execution high code quality and team alignment. You’ll collaborate with senior engineers to support technical decision-making and ensure the team builds scalable maintainable systems.
