Reporting to our Sales Operations leader this pivotal role focuses on building and optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem to support the strategic goals of our Sales Customer Success and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have ambition to extend or will have already extended their expertise beyond traditional Salesforce administration to include a broader range of business systems with a focus on iPaaS platforms (e.g. Tray.io) and data querying (e.g. SQL). This role offers a unique "0 to 1 build" opportunity where in addition to standard admin responsibilities you will help pioneer the development and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud and AI capabilities to support our Product Led Growth (PLG) strategy. You will play a key role in shaping how PDQ leverages data and AI to enhance customer acquisition engagement and retention. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for using technology to drive efficiency data integrity and scalable growth.
