The Sr. Cybersecurity Advisor (or CSA as we call it) plays a critical role in serving as a trusted partner to Optiv's clients. By combining advanced business and security practitioner knowledge the Sr. CSA designs security solutions using some of the most advanced security services and technologies to achieve highly defensible and scalable security programs to align with the clients' security initiatives. The Sr. CSA has extensive real-world knowledge and can design pragmatic Identity Governance Digital Access Management (MFA SSO) Privileged Access Management and Identity Orchestration security solutions tailored to each client's unique environment and provide our clients and sellers with consistent security expertise on all sales opportunities. In partnership with domain specialist and experts the Sr. CSA will drive thought leadership and inspire cybersecurity solutions powered by our ecosystem of people products and partners.Actively participate in the Identity Field Center of Excellence to deliver value to clients by aligning Optiv services with our key technology partner solutions (SailPoint Saviynt Ping Okta Cisco CyberArk BeyondTrust and Delinea-to name a few).Minimum of eight (8) years in an information security role preferably as a consulting advisor architect or engineer focused on Identity Governance Digital Access Management (MFA SSO) Privileged Access Management and Identity Orchestration.Strong attention to detail for reviewing statements of work (SOWs) quotes and client deliverables.Vendor specific certification(s) focused primarily on specialty.The Estimated Total Target Compensation for this role includes base salary and an uncapped bonus plan where you are paid both on new and renewal business. It is informed by (but not limited to) various factors including responsibilities of the position work experience education training internal peer equity geography as well as other market influences when extending an offer. By combining advanced business and security practitioner knowledge the Principal Advisor designs security solutions using some of the most advanced security services and technologies to achieve highly defensible and scalable security programs to align with the clients' security initiatives wherever Cisco and Splunk is involved. The Principal Advisor has extensive real-world knowledge in Cisco and Splunk and can design pragmatic security solutions tailored to each client's unique environment and provide our clients and sellers with consistent security expertise on all sales opportunities. In partnership with domain specialists and experts the Principal Advisor will drive thought leadership and inspired cyber security solutions powered by our ecosystem of people and services in all areas of Cisco and Splunk's products and solutions.Follows the Optiv Standardize Sales Operating Processes (SOPs) to achieve consistent success.Effectively work with multiple client personas across the executive branch (CxO) as well as other relevant personas to develop Cisco and Splunk product and services advisement and Cisco and Splunk security strategy and define roadmaps to execute on Cisco and Splunk strategy-aligned business goals budgetary spend and metrics based on return of investment.Minimum of ten (10) years in an information security role preferably as a consulting advisor architect team leader director and or higher.Strong attention to detail for reviewing statements of work (SOWs) quotes and client deliverables.Vendor specific certification(s) focused primarily on Cisco and Splunk and related industry certification areas of CoE focus.The ability and technology necessary to productively work remotely from home (where applicable)...
